Shine Fall Fest

Our friends and families in the disability community are invited to join us for dancing, games, karaoke, and fun. This year’s theme will be sports, so get your jerseys and team gear ready! Families are invited/asked to stay with guests throughout the evening.

We're so excited that you'll be joining us at the Shine Fall Fest from 6:00-9:00 pm on Friday, October 17 at our Blankenbaker, Indiana, Crestwood, Southwest, or Elizabethtown Campus!

This is registration for INDIVIDUALS and FAMILIES attending Shine Fall Fest. Each member of your party must register on a separate registration to be sure everyone is captured.
