Foster Care & Adoption - Campus Events

We have a vibrant community of foster and adoptive families, and we want to provide encouragement, support, and meaningful connection with other families who share a similar journey. Family Is Forever: Foster & Adoptive Parent Summit

Family is Forever is our annual foster and adoptive parenting summit, and it's happening on March 2 at our Blankenbaker Campus! This event is open to ALL families, no matter where they are in the foster care or adoption journey (even still considering/in training!) or whether they are part of Southeast Christian Church. The morning sessions will run from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and then we invite the whole family to stay for lunch and family games from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. The morning is free, and lunch is available for a nominal fee. Children's programming is offered for children ages 0-14. 3 hours of foster parent training credit will be offered!

High School Camp Night Zero 2024

High School Camp 2024 is quickly approaching and we want to launch registration with some HYPE! This is a one-night event for high school students and their friends to come get a taste of what High School Camp is like FOR FREE! It will be full of fun, games, live music, and more! Students will gather at their specific campuses and be bussed to and from the event.

Foster & Adopt Dads Tournament Watch Party

Calling all foster and adoptive dads! Come hang out with us as we watch the March basketball tournament games together. We'll have multiple TVs, an indoor basketball court for the kids, and plenty of dinner to share. We'll be meeting in the Block on Friday, March 22 from 5 PM - 10 PM. This event is for dads and kids!

SW Men's Golf Trip

Southwest Men's Ministry has set the dates for the annual golf trip! This trip, which will include 27 holes of golf each day, range balls, food, lodging and prizes, will be on Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1. The cost of this trip is $175 per person. This will be in a team/scramble format and for golfers of all levels!
