The Purchasing Operations Clerk will primarily support the Purchasing team, as well as backup assistance to the SE PrintShop and Shipping & Receiving. Everything will be done with the primary purpose of achieving the mission, vision, and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
General Job Duties:
· At minimum 50% of time will be working with the Purchasing team
o Contacting vendors regarding billing/payment/tax issues
o Processing invoices/credit card receipts
o Handling returns/issues with orders
o Filling out credit applications
o Order pick-up from local vendors
· Backup for the SE PrintShop and Shipping & Receiving
o Operate high-volume copiers, large paper cutter and other PrintShop equipment
o Mail/package deliveries throughout Blankenbaker Campus
o Accepting deliveries from vendors
· Provide a great, helpful, and Christ-centered attitude to all
Essential Functions:
· Operational support for the Purchasing team
· Provide back-up assistance to the SE PrintShop and Shipping & Receiving as needed
· Provide excellent customer service

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially as pertains to Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

· Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, but also as a part of a team
· Able to lift or move 60 lbs. or greater

Required Education & Membership:
· High School Graduate
· Prior similar job experience
· An engaged member or willing to become one of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church.
